The MRCOG Part 3 exam is one of the most rigorous assessments in obstetrics and gynaecology not just for its clinical depth, but for the pressure of performing in a timed, multi-station circuit. IRADA Events’ Mission Possible workshop was designed from the ground up to replicate that pressure, and to turn it into your competitive advantage.
- About the Event
A Resounding Success in Fertility Innovation
Mission Possible is an intensive, one-day live training event for OBGYN specialists and trainees preparing to sit the MRCOG Part 3 examination. Organised by IRADA Events, the workshop brings a full circuit simulation experience to two key locations in the region Jeddah and Abu Dhabi scheduled strategically in the weeks immediately before the exam itself.
Unlike passive revision courses or online-only modules, Mission Possible puts you in a near-identical environment to the real MRCOG Part 3: timed stations, structured mark schemes, and real-time feedback from RCOG-trained examiners. The goal is simple to eliminate the element of surprise on exam day.
“The exam simulation isn’t just practice. It’s about training your mind and your communication instincts to perform when the pressure is real.”
This workshop was built on the success of Dr. Sorour Ghandour and Dr. Ali Elkassas’s widely acclaimed Mission Possible online MRCOG Part 3 course a resource trusted by OBGYN candidates across the Arab world and beyond. The live edition now brings that same rigour into a physical, immersive format.
Why this workshop matters for MRCOG Part 3 candidates ?
The MRCOG Part 3 exam is an Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). It tests not only your clinical knowledge but your ability to communicate clearly, manage time at each station, and demonstrate empathy and professionalism all simultaneously, under a clock.
Most candidates who struggle with Part 3 do so not because of knowledge gaps, but because of performance gaps: the disconnect between what you know and what you can demonstrate in a timed, face-to-face station format. Mission Possible is designed precisely to close that gap.
Choosing to attend a workshop in Jeddah or Abu Dhabi close to where the actual exam is held also serves a practical purpose: it allows you to acclimatise, reduce travel fatigue, and walk into the exam venue having already experienced the environment.
What you get
6 Core Training Pillars
Every element of Mission Possible is engineered around one outcome: your exam readiness.
Train like it's exam day
Step into a fully simulated MRCOG Part 3 circuit that mirrors real exam conditions timing, structure, pressure, and all. No surprises on the actual day.
Master core clinical scenarios
Navigate high-yield, exam-style cases covering the key clinical domains tested in Part 3 — from emergency OBGYN to communication-heavy stations.
Domain-based performance evaluation
Receive granular, domain-specific feedback that tells you exactly where you perform well and where focused revision will give you the greatest return.
Station time mastery
Time management is one of the most overlooked Part 3 skills. Learn how to structure each station to maximise marks without ever feeling rushed.
Examiner feedback that moves the needle
Get one-on-one insights from actual RCOG examiners specific, actionable suggestions you can implement immediately in your remaining preparation.
Confidence you can feel
From your first station to the last, build the mental readiness and composure that separates candidates who pass from those who don't — regardless of knowledge level.
- Scientific Program
The format: one full day, 28 stations
Mission Possible is structured as a single intensive day that mirrors the actual MRCOG Part 3 circuit as closely as possible. Here is what the day delivers:
A 28-station circuit
The full circuit includes 28 stations, of which 14 are active meaning you are performing at a station, being assessed in real time. The remaining stations are structured as rest and preparation intervals, just as in the real exam.
Immediate structured feedback
One of Mission Possible’s defining features is the quality of feedback. Participants do not receive generic comments. They receive structured, examiner-grade feedback referencing the specific domains assessed at each station — directly applicable to the real exam mark scheme.
Strategically timed – just before your exam
The November 1st Jeddah and November 8th Abu Dhabi dates have been carefully chosen to fall in the final preparation window before the MRCOG Part 3 exam. There is no better time to simulate the exam than when the real thing is days away.
