Selected abstracts were presented in dedicated oral and poster sessions, adding a new layer of original scientific contribution to the program.

What Worked?
What Made IFFI 2026 an Outstanding Success
Unlike a first edition that must build trust from scratch, IFFI 2026 entered with the authority of a proven track record. The FertiClinic Abu Dhabi 2025 alumni network became the conference's most powerful marketing asset.
Rebranding to IFFI (International FertiClinic Fertility & IVF) sent a clear signal: this was no longer a regional gathering. The speaker roster and abstract submissions reflected a genuinely international scientific community.
Introducing a formal abstract submission portal transformed IFFI from a conference people attend into a conference people contribute to. Over 45 submissions meant the community had a direct stake in the outcome and returned as invested participants, not just observers.
Doubling the workshop count from 2 to 5 met unmet demand and reinforced IFFI's identity as a conference where participants develop real skills, not just receive information. All workshops reached full capacity.
Centrally located with excellent transport links and full-service conference infrastructure, the Dusit Thani Hotel created an environment where the science and the hospitality reinforced each other.
