The 2nd International FertiClinic Fertility & IVF Conference (IFFI 2026) brought together leading experts, innovators, and researchers from around the world for three dynamic days at the Dusit Thani Hotel, Abu Dhabi. IFFI 2026 raised the bar on every dimension of the scientific program. More than 65 pioneers in reproductive medicine  regional specialists and international figures  brought the latest research, clinical techniques, and emerging technologies to the stage.

Five hands-on workshops gave participants direct, practical training across the full clinical spectrum of fertility medicine  from advanced IVF laboratory techniques to endoscopic procedures and counseling frameworks. Workshop capacity was fully subscribed, reflecting the intensity of demand for this format.

Plenary keynotes from internationally recognized specialists set the intellectual agenda for each day, addressing the most urgent questions in reproductive medicine: from improving IVF success rates and expanding fertility preservation options to the evolving intersection of AI and reproductive diagnostics.

Abstract Presentations

For the first time, IFFI opened a formal abstract submission portal and the response exceeded expectations. Over 45 abstracts were received from clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals worldwide, showcasing original research in women’s health, fertility, and reproductive medicine. Selected abstracts were presented in dedicated oral and poster sessions, adding a new layer of original scientific contribution to the program.
